Structure and Organization
The Westfield Corporation is operated and commanded under the authority of Dr. Michael R. Phillips, Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Phillips believe strongly and firmly on using a Chain of Command system for organizational structure. The Westfield Corporation Chain of Command is enforced to ensure that each and every component of its operations remain in accordance with the state laws, statutes, standards, and organization's policies and procedures. The Westfield Corporation Compliance Manual was adopted in 2008, then was later modified in 2009 due to revisions, modifications, and additions to the state laws, statutes, and standards.
The Westfield Corporation is not a profit sharing organization; our share holders own 100 percent of its entirety which ensures one vision, one mission, and one focus; to make sure that our company abides by the law and complies with all applicable standards and statutes.
The Westfield Corporation Chain of Command is composed of Executive and Administrative level Superiors, and Controlling Persons from State Level Administration to Corporate Level Executives. There is no situation we won't know about nor will there be a State Personnel entering the doors of our operations without prior and/or proper notifications from authorized Corporate personnel although required.

_The Westfield Corporation executive team has an abnormous amount of
education and experience in the field of medical, social, and human
science. Our executives have treated children and adults from medical
treatment to residential treatment. Training is provided to our
executives to ensure that they stay in tuned and up to date with the
latest medicines, treatments, studies, standards, medical and treatment
policies and procedures, plus many more educational components needed to
sustain a prosperous and sufficient organization.
As a 2008 business, our executives together are averaging a minimum of 37 years worth of work experience and 15to 23 years worth of education alone at our Corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas. Under the leadership and command of our Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Dr. Michael R. Phillips, stands the two governing heads, Dr. Robert L. Wright Jr., President and Junior Superior of the entirety, and Mr. Brandon M. Phillips, Vice President of the entirety, appointed to ensure that the organization as well as its medical and health care facilities remain in compliance with the organization rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and state standards.
